This policy explains what personal data kl-nightlife.my ("we") collects, why, and how we protect it, in line with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).

1. Data we collect
- ✓Enquiry details you send on WhatsApp: name, phone number, date, group size, budget, pick-up and drop-off points and any requests.
- ✓Usage data from Google Analytics: pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser, and which booking buttons were clicked.
- ✓Basic server logs (IP address, time, page requested) kept for security.
2. How we use it
- ✓To reply to your enquiry, check availability and coordinate your KTV, car or concierge booking.
- ✓To share the booking details a venue or driver needs to serve you (for example name, time and group size).
- ✓To understand which pages help visitors and improve the site.
3. Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with the venue, driver or service provider handling your booking, with service providers that run this site (hosting, analytics, WhatsApp by Meta), or when required by law.
4. Cookies
We use Google Analytics cookies to measure visits. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site still works without them.
5. Retention and security
Enquiry messages are kept only as long as needed to handle your booking and any follow-up, then deleted. We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data.
6. Your rights
